Why we're running it

Many local businesses have told us they're worried about falling behind with AI. They want credible local training that fits around work, and it's been one of the clearest requests made to the Chamber.

They've also told us they want to learn from each other: hearing where other businesses have solved similar problems, improved productivity or found new opportunities. The value isn't only in learning the technology. It's in seeing what might be possible across different industries, in a friendly, local room.

So, with support from nbn, we're bringing Ali Juma from The Inner Game of Change Institute back to Mildura. Many people will remember Ali from July's AI Unlocked, which we delivered with Regional Development Victoria and La Trobe University. He was the standout presenter in the feedback we received, so we've worked with him to build two practical courses.

For beginners and occasional users. Bring a task from your working day and develop a useful result. Learn how to give clearer instructions and how to check what AI produces.

You'll leave with instructions you can adapt and use again.

For people already confident creating and refining prompts. Explore ideas, compare options, challenge assumptions and try an improvement to a real task or workflow.

Choose this one on your existing experience: doing the morning course doesn't automatically make it the right fit.
